Employment Mediation is a voluntary form of Alternative Dispute Resolution. It is where the parties involved attempt to settle their matter with the assistance of a mediator. The purpose of the mediator is to ask the right questions and help the parties come to an agreement. Employment Resolution is not appropriate for all matters, for example, violence or sexual harassment.

Employment Dispute Resolution is an encouraged process to partake prior to making formal claims either in a Court or Tribunal. It allows both parties to express themselves with a completely objective party who helps untangle the root cause of the problem.
