Out of Hours Family Law is the creation of experienced family law solicitor Dean Vickery. It was created for people who run businesses, work long hours or shifts, commute or who travel internationally the traditional 9am to 5.30pm office hours are often not convenient. Dean recognised the need for accessible family law advice for people who live busy lives.
Out of Hours Family Law is completely flexible and provides options on both appointment times and locations. When a face to face meeting is required Dean can come to you, at a location and time that suits you – morning, afternoon or evening and even on the weekends. The same applies to phone calls and Skype calls, they can be arranged at a time that fits your lifestyle. The idea is simple, be available when people want you.

OUT OF HOURS FAMILY LAW ADVICE – YOUR NEXT STEPS
Normal office hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Out of Hours service is covered from 7am to 8pm.
Out of hours new enquiry calls and unscheduled client calls will be answered by Dean after 5pm and before 9pm and between 9am – 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that all weekend appointment are classed as out of normal hours
Please note, subject to availability, new enquiries and existing clients can pre-arrange calls on evenings and weekend at anytime that is convenient to them.
There will be no legal charges* arising from the first telephone call and there is no obligation to use the service thereafter. The initial call will establish if we can advise you and will enable us to inform you of our terms and charges.
Charges become applicable once terms have been agreed and client care letters signed and returned together with proof of ID .
