At Bloomsbury Law our admin staff and legal secretaries are familiar with working within the contentious and non-contentious aspects of a law firm and are able to provide support up to senior members of staff with admin duties.
Bloomsbury Law regards its support staff the heart of the firm as they are the first port of call for all our clients. As well as being competent with audio and copying documents and dealing with the post, all our support staff are smartly dressed and professional. General administrative duties include: support for the department heads, filing and photocopying documents, receiving phone calls, routing calls or taking messages, organising files and provide support to other senior solicitors. We expect our support staff to have a ‘can-do’ attitude and get involved within the firm’s social events.
