Following yesterday’s budget the Chancellor of the Exchequer has announced that National Insurance Contributions will be reduced to zero for under 21 year olds earning less than £42,380 per annum from April 2015. Apprentices will also benefit from the same arrangements if aged under 25 effective from April 2016.
