Louisa is head of Bloomsbury Law’s Family Law Department. She has very diverse experience of all family law matters. She is instructed on cases some which may be straight forward or others complex, and has dealt with cases with an international element where clients have re-located abroad to places such as Dubai and the USA in relation to matrimonial finance issues and those involving tracing assets abroad including properties and shares.
Louisa has handled high profile divorces and ancillary relief cases for celebrities, top business people and entrepreneurs and also advises clients of all backgrounds and clients with family businesses. Louisa has also worked on lengthy child contact and residence cases at the Central Family High Court and has offered pro-bono services to regional council offices in the south east as well as at the local Citizens Advice Bureau and has been actively involved with the charity, the Invicta Advocacy Network.
Louisa qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and she is a member of Resolution, an organisation of 6,500 family lawyers and other professionals in England and Wales often campaigning for improvements to the family justice system.
