Adjudication

The adjudication process is the formal disciplinary process for a prisoner who has been alleged to be in breach of the prison rules. This is a very serious process which could lead to an increase in prison sentence. If you have been charged with adjudication, it is important to seek legal advice as soon as possible. We can help with written representations or advocacy before the District Judge and can also advise you on any adjudications issues that arise.

At Bloomsbury Law, we make sure that you fully understand your adjudications procedure and what you wish to achieve. If you are seeking legal advice on adjudication, please get in contact with one of our specialists. We will listen to your situation, answer any enquiries that you may have and advise you accordingly once we are instructed.
