Appeals

We provide quotations on private appeals on a case-by-case basis. Legal Aid Funding is available for this area of law but if you wish to proceed with your case privately, you will gain access to the UK’s top lawyers who will only deal with such matters on a private basis due to their wealth of experience and high success rate. We will take you through the appeals process step-by-step in order to provide you with informative advice. We do not offer Legal Aid.

Are you in prison or do you know someone in prison who should not be there? Whose case was not dealt with competently by their solicitor? If you or someone you know is seeking legal advice on prison appeals, we are here to assist you.

Your case will be managed by an experienced criminal solicitor with over ten years’ experience who will work alongside leading Barristers to review your case for the purposes of an appeal. You will be asked to provide any previous advice on appeal that you have obtained and the Judge’s sentencing remarks before we consider taking on any matter for an appeal. If we do decide to take on your case, we will provide you with a written quote outlining what we estimate the appeal will cost you. We will also request a sum of money to be paid on account. This is decided on a case-by-case basis. We will then gather all the relevant information in relation to your case and go through the prosecution papers very carefully to identify any potential appeal points.
